- Directly supervise site-work executed by the various Construction Contractors, so that the construction is in conformity with the specified requirements and the project schedule is strictly adhered.
- Paradigm’s services in this respect shall cover Site Management in general, and the surveillance of Construction Contractor’s works in respect of Construction sequences, On-line supervision, Safety and other specific requirements, Coordination between Client & different sub-contractors and Bill Certification
