  • Preparation of equipment-wise utility load details & summarizing utility loads for various plants
  • Preparation of utility equipment sizing and distribution schemes
  • Preparation of equipment List (with structural loads & electrical loads)
  • Specifications for equipment (Process & Utility)
  • To prepare conceptual equipment layouts for process/utility & other blocks
  • Conceptualizing solvent recovery scheme, wherever applicable.
  • Conceptualizing plant instrumentation / control schemes.
  • Conceptualizing effluent collection, segregation and treatment schemes
  • Preparation of P&I diagrams

During detail engineering

  • Review of fabrication drawings as per data sheets / P&ID’s / layouts
  • Update P&ID’s with GA drawings provided by the vendors
  • Updating of equipment layout with fabrication drawings/GA drawings provided by the vendor
