- To review the input received from the process team / cross check equipment sizing & cycle times, wherever applicable.
- Preparation of process flow diagram.
- Preparation of equipment-wise utility load details & summarizing utility loads for various plants
- Preparation of utility equipment sizing and distribution schemes
- Preparation of equipment List (with structural loads & electrical loads)
- Specifications for equipment (Process & Utility)
- To prepare conceptual equipment layouts for process/utility & other blocks
- Conceptualizing solvent recovery scheme, wherever applicable.
- Conceptualizing plant instrumentation / control schemes.
- Conceptualizing effluent collection, segregation and treatment schemes
- Preparation of P&I diagrams
During detail engineering
- Review of fabrication drawings as per data sheets / P&ID’s / layouts
- Update P&ID’s with GA drawings provided by the vendors
- Updating of equipment layout with fabrication drawings/GA drawings provided by the vendor
